The 3 items of Processed Food with Premium Tea Leaves were co-developed with Muramatsu butcher, mixing Sencha in the meat and bringing out the umami.

↓ TEA-Ton coarsely ground wiener sausages with premium Sencha of Shizuoka by Kitagawa Farm.

↓ Coarsely ground meat provides a comfortable texture and strong umami with less smell of meat.

↓ Shaomai, Chinese steamed meat dumplings, with premium Sencha.

Sparkling tea washes away fat contents in the mouth completely. That is a good combination.
Tea is originally a drink for pleasure. While developing Premium Bottled Tea, Processed Food with Premium Tea Leaves, and Sparkling Tea, Benefitea defines its position as a luxury drink to push the frontiers.

Attractiveness and immense potential of tea discovered by Benenfitea during the developing process.

Let me show the story of President Hiroyasu Nishizawa.

― “What drove you to the tea industry?”

President Nishizawa “I used to often visit China on a business trip, where a Chinese asked me my birthplace. I told Shizuoka and then the person requested tea because the person knew Shizuoka was the center of tea production.
I brought a lot of tea from a wholesaler, one of my acquaintances in Shizuoka, and provided staff members at the center for international exchange between China and Japan located in China with tea by kyusu. At that time, the tea world is unknown to me.
However, this event motivated me to learn tea. When I looked into the industry, I found it challenging.
In the tea industry in Shizuoka, the number of successors is currently endangered. The problem is caused by lower sales of tea. Therefore, it’s urgent to build marketing and sales strategies.”

President Nishizawa “After that, I was introduced to Yoriyuki Nakamura, a professor of the University of Shizuoka by the Tea and Agricultural Production Division of Shizuoka Prefectural Office. I consulted him about the kind of tea I should bring to China.
He requested to promote Fuji hand-rolled Tenka-Ippincha and Shizuoka Hakuyocha as value-added tea products. In short, Professor Nakamura wanted me to consider a way to improve the tea prices.
I got homework to sell tea higher.”

President Nishizawa “One day, the senior management of Shizuoka Prefectural Office asked if I could produce a bottling tea. I gained this technique in my previous work. However, the first trial failed. It was not tasty.
To find out how to make it delicious, I went around tea gardens throughout Japan, where they provided fine tea for me. To produce the same tea using a machine, I struggled to find a way to extract and filter. I also analyzed all the products from plastic bottled tea to bottled tea by rival companies.
This is how tea of Benefiatea gained very favorable results based on scientific data at the Shizuoka Industrial Research Insitute, Kazusa DNA Research Institute, Ecopro Research, and Institute of Physical and Chemical Research. Then, we had various groups try the tea and got a good reputation. Finally, our tea was commercialized.”

― “Has there been any memorable event in President Nishizawa’s involvement with tea in the past?”

President Nishizawa “Ryo-gochi has a tea farm called Houkouen. In general, the color of tea fades after exposure to ultraviolet light, but it never happened for the tea of Houkouen. The owner, Jiro Katahira, told the high quality of tea never got discolored.
Simply, a miracle. They have something that can’t be explained. Yui, tea of Houkouen. is included in a lineup of Benefitea’s bottled tea. Tea has immense potential still now. Benefitea will keep pursuing that potential.”
